Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate preferable. Practical knowledge or training on Industrial Engineering (IE) will be add an extra value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge about modern production tools & method.
∎ Asst. Production Manager will be responsible for 52 line of a knit garments unit.
∎ Prepare production plan in collaboration with planning department.
∎ Monitor hourly production status, solve & give suggestions if any problem raise at sewing.
∎ Check out any loss time plan to achieve maximum production
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities to subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ Established effective coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance, store, merchandising team for smooth operation of production.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by minimize defect percentage, line balancing and extra working hour.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communicational & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management
∎ Analytical Skills Decision-Making Skills
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing
