Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Master of Science (MSc) in Aquaculture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have the ability to diagnose and treatment of various diseases of fish & shrimp.
∎ Advise farm owners about general care, medical condition & treatment.
∎ Provide technical service to the customer regarding feed/aquaculture feed.
∎ Give technical direction to the farmer and the technical & marketing people if found any requirements.
∎ To have the ability with a team with team members of various departments & job will be under sales & marketing dept.
∎ To have the ability to monitor & supervise the technical persons and have the ability to operate trial farms.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Ability to make market data report, planning report, feed consumption (by individual species of fish) report & submit these to supervisor.
∎ Responsible for sales report analysis, cost controls, pricing in regions, new product launches, technical training & development of sales team, customers, and farmers.
∎ To create demand for the company’s product among farmers.
∎ Work for full customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide daily work plan to staff.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of computer databases, excel & PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Regular cooperation with the Sales & Marketing team by providing information of potential markets for increasing their sales.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

∎ Age 28 to 37 years
