Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the payroll operations for at least 5,000 employees, which must be carried out in accordance with company and local law regulations;
∎ Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures;
∎ Maintain payroll systems for the processing of payroll account transactions (such as salaries, wages, benefits, allowances, deductions, and taxes);
∎ Coordinate the completion of each worker's and employee's yearly performance appraisal effectively and quickly;
∎ Co-ordinate the proper execution of an employee's promotion, transfer, resignation, and other HR services, including final settlement;
∎ Coordinate market surveys to ensure a competitive and appropriate compensation structure for the composite factory;
∎ Ensure that daily attendance reports are forwarded to factory management;
∎ Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests;
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
∎ Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure timely processing of salaries and disbursements;
∎ Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled payroll actions and for compiling, computing, and preparing other payroll related reports;
∎ Able to control worker absenteeism and motivate the employees;
∎ Lead, train, and monitor the payroll team for smooth payroll operations;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Working experience in a large garment industry's HR, Admin, and Compliance Department
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of logic software and databases
∎ Knowledge on BLA 2006 and BLR 2015, relevant local laws, and the buyer COC.
∎ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and a result-oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Knowledge of Payroll Auditing
