Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyers.
∎ Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
∎ Capable of coordinating with a production team in order to deliver an on-time shipment of orders.
∎ In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims and accessories.
∎ Capable of preparing costing sheets and pricing of knit garments.
∎ Sales forecasting, Marketing analysis and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.
∎ Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.
∎ Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting and Sustainable material sourcing according to the buyer and company requirements.
∎ Development strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and production units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
∎ Define and implement an efficient, cost-effective sourcing process.
∎ Improve the department’s gross profit through effective fabrics sourcing, sharp cost negotiation, offering cost-cutting solutions, improving on-time delivery and ensuring the quality of products.
