Job Context:
∎ aamra resources, one of the largest Indenting & Industrial Technology Development company in Bangladesh, is looking for a highly experienced Deputy Manager / Manager of HROD & Administration Department.
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible to successfully carry out the Core HR & Administrative Functions; the execution of all People Processes and a Key Contributor in Developing, Managing & Implementing HR Strategies, Programs & Guidelines across all Core HR areas including Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Development, Policy & Procedure and so on.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and administrate full spectrum of Core HR Functions which includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Lead a Team of HR & Administration; provide coaching, mentoring and be an inspirational leader to support all relevant Functions for ARL, ASSL & AFCL;
∎ Formulate and implement HR strategies in line with business strategies to attain the goal of the organization.
∎ Prepare Annual HR & Administrative Budget and manage activity to ensure costs are within the Budget;
∎ Acting as a focal point of Organization Development (OD) and overseeing the development of employee career path.
∎ Manage all HR & Administration processes and change management in line with Group HR practices suitable for organizational context.
∎ Maintain liaison with other departments in connection with streamlining Core practices.
∎ Develop, formulate and implement various Policies and Procedures.
∎ Ensure appropriate reward and recognition as well as engagement program to ensure optimum employee engagement level.
∎ Formulate career development plans & proper succession planning.
∎ Develop HR Analytics and HR Audit.
∎ Maintain HR software (HRIS) as Administrator
∎ Job Analysis and Designing
∎ Co-ordinate & conduct the orientation program, Assembly & Grooming sessions.
∎ Organize & initiate different internal & External employee branding & grooming activities
∎ Monitor employee turnover rate and review the retention factors and take corrective actions
∎ Conduct cases of inquiry as and when required.
∎ Assist COO in performance evaluation by 360- degree & KPI
∎ Maintain Employee Fringe Benefits, Insurance & Active Board member of Provident Fund
∎ Develop and implement Service Regulations for Management and Non-Management employee.
∎ Control & Supervise the Administration department, Event management & Branding.
∎ Manage Travels, Transports, Safety & Security
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & best HR practices;
∎ Strong knowledge in HR Analytical tools and techniques;
∎ Global & cultural awareness;
∎ Leadership & relationship management;
∎ Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.

Salary: Negotiable
