∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all tasks related to Installation/Erection of the garment machinery
∎ Troubleshooting of the machines
∎ Prepare the report for each factory visit
∎ Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding proposal preparation
∎ Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding any customer query/feedback
∎ Develop & maintain good product knowledge
∎ Visit potential customers and maintain a positive relationship with them
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the product or service meets customer needs
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
∎ Train customers and end-users on equipment/software operation and maintenance
∎ Provide guidance on best practices to optimize equipment/software use
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
