Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge and Hands-on experience in IT System Administration & Security platform management. Sound knowledge on Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Solutions, Microsoft Exchange, Privilege Access Management, Multifactor Authentication, Incident Management, Endpoint Protection and Enterprise Security Solution.
∎ Managing windows infrastructure, architecture, development, and deployment. Ensuring the stability, integrity, security and efficient operation of platform and stakeholders.
∎ Good understanding and operating ability of IT Systems HA & DR Technologies – Load Balancing, Clustering etc.
∎ Response and manage team to handle related critical service requests. Align team and provide support to meet cross functional requirements.
∎ Manage & Guide team members for smooth operation.
∎ Defining and implementing the related service standards to be applied across the whole of the organization.
∎ Ensuring system administration, operational tasks and reporting for different Azure cloud, Windows Services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint etc.), different Security Solution and different applications.
∎ Perform system administration, operational tasks, and reporting for different Security Solution (Privilege Access Management (PAM), Cisco ISE, Web Security Gateway/Web Proxy, Trellix End-point protection, EDR etc.).
∎ Ensuring System administrations of Windows servers (2016/2019/2022) configuration, maintenance, and reporting.
∎ Maintain Manage Engine (IT360) platform & monitor 24x7 IT system availability and health status.·
∎ Maintaining Hybrid AD environment. Administrating Azure Active Directory and on-premises AD Active Directory, policy deployment, change management, automation, health check, and troubleshoot tasks.
∎ Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
∎ Ensuring periodic health check, performance report, capacity planning of application/OS/Hardware platform.
∎ Pursue Audit/regulatory recommendation and assist in settling observation regarding server, application and prepare documentation, work instruction and project reports.
∎ Provide required support and reports for on-going and upcoming projects with different stakeholders.
∎ Test, troubleshoot and work independently for different system integration of windows and cloud solution with other teams.
∎ Analyze, Troubleshoot, and apply security policies to maintain baseline security standard for Windows server and services. Monitoring & analysis of cyber security events coming from SOC & endpoints. Communicating with stakeholders regarding SOC queries and tickets.
∎ Identify the Windows OS VA and mitigate. Resolve queries provided by IT security entities to ensure secured & compliant IT infrastructure. Perform vulnerability assessment to system by VA tools and provide support to fix critical & high VA of Windows OS.
∎ Monitor and analyze system, service, related network performance and resource availability to ensure IT operation at optimal performance.·
∎ OPEX optimization.
∎ Maintain SCCM, deploy applications, apply Windows OS patches and upgrades for servers and workstations on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain on-premises file server and OneDrive online storage platform. Maintain user Access level, file screening policies, quota management & support the dynamic changes across the organization.
∎ Maintain device compliance, enterprise security and mobility service MDM, Intune Services and Azure conditional access policy.·
∎ Maintain Single Sign On, password protection services.
∎ Administrating and maintaining enterprise services like SharePoint, Teams.
