We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Deputy Manager/Manager (Event, Outdoor & Activation) for Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, exhibitions, sponsorships, and outdoor activations aligned with brand objectives.

  • Develop annual activation calendar in collaboration with the brand and sales team.

  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and post-activation evaluation.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and event vendors to deliver high-quality activations.

  • Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines and positioning.

  • Monitor consumer engagement, footfall, and conversion metrics to assess the effectiveness of activations.

  • Drive innovative outdoor branding ideas (billboards, kiosks, roadshows, retail activations).

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, digital, PR) to ensure synergy.

  • Prepare and present post-activation reports, including ROI and learning insights.
