Responsibilities & Context:
- Creating new sales of raw materials in various corporate/Food & Beverage Industries or Group customers in different places of Bangladesh.
- Developing and executing sales plans, building and managing the B2B sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Correspond with customers for selling raw materials (like Glycerin, Xanthan gum, Sorbitol, Citric Acid, Garlic Flakes, Potassium Sorbate, Dry Onion Slice, Sodium Benzoate, CMC, Dry Ginger etc.) and services through physical visits, proposal submissions, and onward negotiation.
- Prepare and maintain Customers/Clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
- Make Route chart for every day on the previous day and get the same approved by management.
- Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target from management.
- Maintaining existing customers through regular communication to retain as well as to gain new revenue.
- Analyze and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability.
- Should have knowledge of work experience in tender OTM.
- Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as duty.
