∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring daily FG stock (CTN), Sales Summary and distribution all over the country on daily basis
∎ Support to prepare distribution planning/road plan.
∎ Support to prepare road mapping.
∎ Support to collect order wise material for factory central store.
∎ Monitoring daily own vehicle, Transporter delivery schedule and follow up accordingly.
∎ Supervise and monitoring ensures Smooth receipt and delivery of the imported material consignment.
∎ Support to prepare Procurement, inventory and distribution Plan for imported material.
∎ Set up Re-order Level for Imported material and local purchases and follow up on regular basis
∎ Reduce Over stock and shortage of Stock.
∎ Supervise the inventory management process for the warehouse
∎ Establish Return Inventory Management for proper utilized resources.
∎ Follow up and monitoring bin card and ensuring proper file management.
∎ Monitoring own and rental vehicle movement.
∎ Responsible proper utilization of own vehicle.
∎ Monitoring vehicle distribution planning.
∎ Prepare Item code, inventory process and procedure
∎ Necessary training session arrangement
∎ Monitoring Material in and out on regular basis.
∎ Follow up inter factory transfer in physical and software.
∎ Weekly/Monthly training of the warehouse staff for developing inventory management procedure.
∎ Weekly/Monthly Meeting arrangement on regular basis.
∎ Monthly co-ordination meeting with all factory delivery incharges for smooth distribution.
∎ Necessary training to driver and supervisor for improving service.
∎ Daily distribution over view report.
∎ Monitoring daily order vs. distribution.
∎ Monitoring daily cartoon wise delivery cost (Zone, carton and per carton cost).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership and teamwork skills, Managerial skills, Logical reasoning, Numeracy skills, Computer skills e.g. MS Office is essential, Experienced in SAP is proffered.
