  • 5-7 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in real estate, banking, finance, or FMCG sectors.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Location: Floor-4, House-50, Road-305, Sector-13, Purbachal New Town, Dhaka (Besides BRTA Office Opposite Neela Market)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet team goals and KPIs.

  • Lead and manage communication with potential clients via calls, social media, field visits, and meetings.

  • Coordinate, organize, and execute promotional campaigns and events.

  • Monitor and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Maintain client relationships and provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.

  • Oversee lead generation activities through digital platforms and client networking.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and other related business metrics.
