• 2–4 years of professional experience (real estate experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Capcut).

• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or 3D visualization is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Location: Floor-4, House-50, Road-305, Sector-13, Purbachal New Town, Dhaka (Besides BRTA Office Opposite Neela Market)

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, billboards, digital ads, and social media content.
• Develop brand identities and maintain consistent visual language across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign visuals and creative concepts.
• Work closely with the management to visualize real estate projects and 3D mockups.
• Edit and retouch images, videos, and renderings for promotional use.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and real estate marketing styles.
