Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increases management's effectiveness by selecting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives as core marketing person of the company.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ The candidate will work as a member of application and sales team and will be responsible for existing sales & new business developments and will be responsible for covering entire country.
∎ Proper knowledge in Electro medical product sourcing
∎ Develop new customer base and create customer level database.
∎ Achieve company's financial goal & Target Oriented performance;
∎ Assist in developing an effective marketing plan with Company's marketing strategy.
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential, existing clients and monitor regular visits of marketing team members.
∎ Work hard and lead the team from front to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing.
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Analysis of pre & post orders statistics for a better understanding & take strategies for potential business.
∎ Provide Marketing, Sales and Service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of business.
∎ Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
∎ Make sure that the businesses marketing and sales communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
∎ Act as the lead person in all Marketing Sales and Communications activities, this means it is important that they are accessible and approachable for other employees to see them as an advisor and point of contact, to provide high-quality advice to solve any problems they may have.
