Job Responsibilities:
∎ Aim to achieve a boundless increase of sales in the target markets.
∎ Lead, inspire, and motivate all sales and marketing team members strongly.
∎ Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Overcome difficult situations by own creative thinking.
∎ Support for superior to achieve company target and goal.
∎ Track and report sales progress with implementation of the strategic plan.
∎ Provide training materials for a subordinate who needs support.
∎ Working for new product Development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of FMCG market, especially in the Food category
∎ Experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
∎ Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
∎ Ability to develop a high-performing team.
∎ Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Verbal and written communication skills in English.
