Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and monitor distribution operations, including daily factory deliveries as per Head Office delivery orders (D/O).
Conduct monthly audits of factory-to-depot goods transactions and cross-check party ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Monitor daily dealer bank payments, confirm receipts, and update commissions and incentives accordingly.
Collect and post party orders to the ledger while identifying and resolving discrepancies in records.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and prepare sales reports, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
Address dealer and customer inquiries, provide necessary support, and handle complaints promptly.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate product distribution
