Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree, preferably in Accounting / MBA, major in Accounting, Management or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in NGO environment
∎ Advanced knowledge on Accounting components and its inter-linkages, thorough knowledge on accounting practices in development organization and performance management
∎ Basic understanding on Bangladesh NGO activities and sound knowledge of statutory regulation and financial transactions analysis
∎ The ideal candidate should have strong audit ethics & professionalism
∎ Experience on conducting investigation and risk assessment
∎ Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation;
∎ Maintaining confidentiality is one key requirements
∎ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both in English and Bangla)
∎ Good in listening and presentation skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Office) operating skills and internet using
