Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ BBA preferably in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies or any other relevant field from any recognized university/ institution.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and ensure end to end execution and management strategy of overall recruitment policy and processes for emergency response context
∎ Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
∎ Ensure fair recruitment by following the Diversity Inclusion and Equity model
∎ Source potential talents from different channels and collect CVs from CV bank as per organizational requirements
∎ Ensure vacant positions are advertised timely through required channels (bdjobs, LinkedIn, Website and social media) to ensure maximum reach
∎ Ensure coordination with the hiring manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
∎ Develop and maintain selection tools e.g. aptitude test to filter out the best talents
∎ Supervise and guide the team members and ensure proper reporting mechanism to ensure accountability
∎ Analyze CTC with personnel budget and ensure reference/ background check of selected candidates
∎ Ensure closing the recruitment file and staff personal file with proper documentation
∎ Analyze and prepare various HR analytics reports (Recruitment dashboard, Aging report, annual/quarterly joining reports, recruiter performance analysis, salary report etc.)
∎ Safeguarding:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required. Candidates having experience in the field of emergency response programme in similar role will be preferred.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Have sound knowledge on Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management in emergency response, contemporary HR issues, Bangladesh labor law etc.
∎ Excellent skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management and negotiation
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management
∎ Ability to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft programs i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
