Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy Manager to work as In-charge of Quality Assurance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Quality Assurance management of a Garments Factory/Unit
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
∎ Experience should be Outdoor product garments (Seam Seal, down product etc.)
∎ Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs;
∎ Lead the QA team to manage in particular garments unit
∎ Provide alternative suggestions to customers to fulfill their needs;
∎ Initiate feasibility studies on product innovation and development
∎ Responsible for conducting Quality audits on the workmanship of all styles / Cut received
∎ Ensure the Process of Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection is implemented.
∎ Ensuring compliance for meeting Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product.
∎ Ensure programming department will maximize machine capabilities to eliminate finishing operation
∎ Maintaining documents/ records related to Statutory and regulatory requirements/ Analysis of product Non-compliance, customer complaints and customer feedback.
∎ Rearrange work schedule to meet deadline in peak periods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 8 to 10 years' experience in relevant field in a large scale Garments Factory.
∎ Must have Yarn knowledge and performance.
∎ Good interpersonal and problem solving skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill is must in English.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer.
