Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the product development process for new hygiene products, ensure timely and efficient execution from concept to final production
∎ Collaborate with manufacturing and marketing teams to create innovative and market relevant products
∎ Oversee the product development on regular basis to track progress
∎ Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed
∎ Ensure that all products meet the Company’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards
∎ Work with the quality control team to conduct testing and validation of new products
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during product development
∎ Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or performance and implement within time frame
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation of the product development process, including specifications, test results and development updates
∎ Evaluate and select new suppliers of raw material & packaging materials as needed
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs by adapting new technology
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
