Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide, support, and supervise the pattern room team to ensure optimum efficiency of the pattern room.
∎ Ensure accurate measurement chart, value added pattern and timely delivery as per requisition from design department
∎ Execute on-time tailoring of the samples as per requirement of the Designers
∎ Maintain proper documentation of the patterns and samples and proper record keeping
∎ Provide necessary support to Merchandising department regarding any pattern related issues.
∎ Manage sourcing of trims and accessories of sample production and keep stock of the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant role
∎ Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
∎ Experience in pattern making will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on Pattern making, Measurement chart, sewing optimization will be an added advantage.
