Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/Statistics/Economics/Urban Planning/ Environmental Science/MDS/DRM or related discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience of working in the areas of M&E/MEAL, preferably in risk reduction projects with 3 years in management position
∎ Proven track record in developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level.
∎ Experience of conducting and/or commissioning evaluations studies.
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information.
∎ Ability to design and implement Technology based MEAL system/processes such as KOBO for data collection will be an advantage
∎ Proficient in computer operation, preferably in SPSS/Excel/Access/PowerPoint and strong analytical skills
∎ Excellent English and Bangla spoken and written skills
