Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Information Management/ Statistics or relevant discipline from a recognized university
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, Learning, Documentation and MIS preferably in disease outbreak or epidemic outbreak related project intervention in hospital/facility assessment data entry, operation, analysis and management.
∎ Experiences in planning, designing and implementing an effective Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Documentation system for the project and provide support on data planning, including mechanisms for data collection from private sector.
∎ Experiences in working in partnership with MOH&FW, USAID and NGOs would be added advantage
∎ Excellent knowledge and experience on statistical analysis, database management, data presentation and report writing.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis package-SPSS.
∎ Skills in GIS, Web/dashboard programming (JS/ JAVA) skill will be added value
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Motivated and willingness to work within the COVID-19 dedicated hospital set up
