Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.
∎ Oversee the work of the Graphics Designer to ensure that marketing materials are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with the Web Developer to optimize the company's website for user experience and search engine visibility.
∎ Supervise the Customer Relationship Officer to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
