Job Summary:
Agrow Breeders Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Manager / Manager (Production). The role involves overseeing agricultural production operations, implementing modern farm management practices, and ensuring optimal productivity and sustainability. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing farm activities in alignment with Global GAP standards, while maintaining efficiency in labor, resources, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement farm management plans in compliance with Global GAP standards
Supervise field operations, including supervisors and workers, ensuring productivity and efficiency
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for farm operations
Plan and execute crop rotation and soil management strategies to maximize yield
Promote and implement sustainable farming practices
Monitor and maintain farming equipment and machinery
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management
