∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare work plan for all staff considering house cleaning, house preparation, brooding, growing, pre-laying & laying period.
∎ To achieve departmental KPI set by the company i, g. hatching egg number per hen housed/ DOC number per hen house/ cost of production per hatching egg.
∎ To prepare all technical program like required equipment calculation, proper equipment setup, feeding program, drinking system etc.
∎ To arrange vaccine program implementation, lighting program, male mixing & replace program, hatching egg management program, dead bird disposal program etc.
∎ To set ventilation program and reviewed based on birds age, season & sudden environmental change.
∎ To ensure biosecurity of the farm as per company standard.
∎ To prepare various production report for overview the production flow.
∎ Conduct In house training to enhance the skill of Farm staff regularly.
∎ To accomplish any related works assigned by the Management.
