∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): knowledge of ERP Management System, Payroll, payroll management, Payroll Processing, Performance Management System, Work Experience in ERP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a person who has experienced in Payroll Software, Payroll Management, Performance Management systems, and ERP modules.
∎ Those who can join within the 2nd week of December will get the preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll Management: Monitoring Preparation/checking of payroll, checking of documents of personnel considering the information provided by HR, supervising entry of payroll in ERP and validating data in the ERP and compliance with internal policies.
∎ Database System: To monitor/collect employee's information, i.e. employee joining letter, transfer letter, separation letter, monthly manpower status, increment, bonus, etc., and prepare employee file, update salary sheet manually and in ERP.
∎ Team Management: Discussing, instructing, coordinating, and supervising members of the Payroll Team for preparation and update of payroll in both manually and ERP with accuracy and efficiency and for a top priority of confidentiality and implementation of instructions provided by management.
∎ Coordination: To communicate with other sub-function of HR in both Head Office and at the site for proper information as and when needed and to communicate with Accounts Dept. for proper disbursement of pay of employees in a timely manner.
∎ Review/ update salaries/ compensation package and incentives to keep them competitive at all times.
∎ Prepare and Maintain Payroll Management.
∎ Process Performance Management.
∎ Prepare HR metrics, KPI/KRA, and Performance Evaluation report.
∎ To maintain the confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and
∎ sincerely.
