Factory Operation, Maintenance, Production Planning and Coordination, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall production and operation related work and direct to operational/ production staff where necessary.
∎ Maintaining all types of report like production, store, consumption, delivery and others and Report to Management daily.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase Team for raw material and ensure quality for locally procured items. Sourcing supplier for new items if necessary.
∎ Monitoring material consumption to forecast for upcoming tender.
∎ Arrange production plan and monitoring supply chain of raw materials to ensure the delivery on time.
∎ Solving any type of maintenance/ production related problem.
∎ Manage quality of raw material variations.
∎ Prepare inspection related documents, call for inspection and track inspection detail.
∎ Visit factory on weekly/ fortnightly basis and ensure inventory status is upto dated.
∎ Dealing with Local buyers (Give quotation , PO receive, transportation and others).
∎ Keeping track of delivery status of all products. Communicate with transport contractor or warehouse for delivery.
∎ Verify production related bills/ vouchers/ requisition and submit for payment.
∎ Supervise the production and the operation teams.
∎ Assisting the Tender Department to conduct cost analysis and create item-wise BOM
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Knowledge on electric meter assembling
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
∎ Result Oriented
∎ Able to work under stressful situation
∎ Pleasant Personality
