Educational Requirements:
∎ LLM/ LLB
∎ MBA/ Masters with a good academic record from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (corporate laws, labor law, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
∎ Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)
∎ Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
∎ Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
∎ Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
∎ Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
∎ Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
∎ Ensure effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
∎ Conduct work with integrity and responsibility.
∎ Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
∎ Ensure proper reporting to the seniors proactively.
∎ Keep safe custody of all agreements/ contracts and property-related documents.
∎ Keep updated internal & external system/ online portal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Advocate/ Barrister/ Highly experienced with legal/corporate department.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor laws.
∎ Familiar with IT communication.
