Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual cattle feed sales targets.
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers (farmers, dairy farms, and commercial cattle farmers).
Conduct area-wise market analysis to identify new opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure timely order collection, payment realization, and proper ledger matching with dealers.
Monitor sales team activities, provide guidance, and ensure performance against set KPIs.
Work closely with the marketing and technical team to organize promotional campaigns, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring proper usage of cattle feed.
Prepare regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and market feedback for management.
