Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline preferably MBA form a reputed Public or Private University with good academic achievements.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advocacy, Manual Development/ Documentation, Project Coordinator/ Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.
∎ Monitoring various project under BSRM Foundation & CSR Project on time to time and submit report to the MD.
∎ Conduct feasibility study for upcoming Foundation & CSR project and submit report to MD.
∎ Conduct detailed audit of Foundation & CSR initiatives and maintain the tracker.
∎ Prepare Foundation & CSR budget .
∎ Prepare the draft MOU for CSR initiatives.
∎ Monthly fund Reconciliation.
∎ Assist in developing and managing social responsibility processes.
∎ Assist to develop materials for the communication of CSR & Foundation initiatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years practical working experience in any NGO 's or CSR Programs.
∎ Innovative, Analytical ability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication skill with Strong analytical & interpersonal competencies.
∎ Interested to travel all over Bangladesh.
