∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
∎ Must have own motorbike and valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
∎ Provide training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring performance is aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Conduct one-to-one visits with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ Set performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress regularly.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous development of the sales team.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B) to lead business development in the industrial sector.
∎ This role will play generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
∎ This role will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and conducting one-to-one customer visits to expand market reach and boost revenue.
