Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ MA / MSC / MBA. Preferably from an English Medium background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AUDIT AND INSPECTION, HIGG, Social Compliance, WMS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to formulate Corrective Action Plans by uploading various documents and pictorial evidence.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who have working experience with GAP buyers' requirements.
∎ Must have the practical knowledge of facing Social Compliance audits and also be accustomed to pre-audit formalities.
∎ Must be able to work online with various buyers' requirements online.
∎ Must be conversant on the Better Work project and its advisory visits and follow-up remediation required.
∎ Must have working knowledge on uploading of PD (Performance Data) on the supplier portal online.
∎ Preference will be given to those, who have the experience of working on the following projects/programs:
∎ Personal Advancement & Career Enhancement (P.A.C.E.) program
∎ PACT - Partnership Cleaner Textile Production
∎ WMS - Wage management System
∎ SRM - Supplier Relationship Management
∎ Rainwater Harvesting System
∎ Rooftop Reliable Solar Energy
∎ FEM - Facility Environment Management - Version 3
∎ FSLM - Facility Social and Labor Module
∎ SLCP - Social and Labor Convergence Project
∎ Working knowledge on SAC Portal
∎ Must have knowledge of the following audits:
∎ WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ERSA, GOTS, OCS, RCS, OKOTEX, WCA, ISO 9001-2015
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
