Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Masters in any discipline with PGDPM/ PGDHRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDPM,PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts annual training and development needs assessment. prepare yearly training calendar and annual training budget, develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
∎ Develops training and development programs and objectives.
∎ Customize training module as well as developing new module.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure proper training management.
∎ Design, deliver and/or coordinate soft skills training and evaluates the effectiveness for continuous improvement.
∎ Facilitate the execution of the various internal talent development programs, including design of individual program assignments, coordination for placements as well as on-going monitoring of development progress.
∎ Administers spending against the departmental budget.
∎ Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∎ Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
∎ Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
∎ Employee job analysis, organogram, Job Description, manpower optimization plan and role profile preparation.
∎ Ensure organizational structures are maintained updated.
∎ KPIs set up, implementation and measure. Collaborate in the KPI based Performance Appraisal process, which includes trainings, setting objectives, mid-year and final review stages. Maintain relevant KPIs related to training and organizational development.
∎ Keep all the data related to Performance Appraisal in order and updated.
∎ Provide and /or coordinate regular training on Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures.
∎ Policy and SOP preparation. Ensure to adhere Learning & Development policy of the organization.
∎ Actively participate in initiatives related to organizational culture strengthening and employee engagement levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Hands-on experience in both training program/curriculum design and delivery.
∎ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
∎ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
∎ Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
∎ Solid experience in leading, coaching and managing team.
∎ Certification of licensed management tools like Situational Leadership, 7-habits, OPQ, DiSC, etc will be an advantage.
∎ Strong team player and be collaborative to work with all levels.
∎ Excellent communications and presentation skills.
∎ Articulate with good command in both spoken and written English.
