Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the business.
∎ Create new and update existing HR policies and procedures and oversee their implementation for organizational development.
∎ Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including onboarding.
∎ Develop and maintain KPI based Performance Management System.
∎ Lead and ensure accuracy of day to day HR Operational activities.
∎ Improve Employee Relations through maintaining employer-employee relationships that contribute to increased productivity, motivation, and morale; dealing with poor performance, grievances and disciplinary issues, etc. of employees.
∎ Lead the administrative activities which include asset management, vehicle management, events management, employee health & hygiene, communication etc.
