Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be Masters in Business Studies/ Administration (preferable in Accounting or Finance) or Equivalent with CA Course Completed. Partly completed CA/ICMA/ACCA/CMA is preferable.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates but at least Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration or equivalent is desired.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan based on the approved budgets and DIP performance report on a regular basis as per organizational need.
∎ Ensure all types of project related Treasury Function in timely manner i.e. fund flow, monitor cash management, timely adjustment of advances and handle all the foreign remittance of all projects such as fund receipts & disburses and also prepare the acknowledgement.
∎ Prepare or review the payments bills/invoices, expenses summary, vouchers, monthly staff salary documents, the status of outstanding advances and prepare the monthly/quarterly financial reports (Budget Variance Analysis Report) ,Trail balance of the assigned projects.
∎ Supervise the subordinate staff and organize their work to perform and achieving the project objectives of the organizational goal.
∎ Maintain books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements and DRRA policy and guideline requirements electronically.
∎ Overall responsibility on salary, project administration, inventory and procurement support for the projects.
∎ Cooperating and support internal and external Audits.
∎ Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of practical experience as Deputy Manager and above in a national NGO with similar responsibility. Have experience to work with team and multiple donor and projects management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas(s): Sound knowledge on Financial Management & Internal Control System of a NGO/INGO.
∎ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills on administration with experiences on GoB requirements like on Tax, VAT, stamp act, FDs and other rules and regulations as appropriate.
∎ Computer Literacy with skills (both English & Bangla) and Tally Accounting Software is preferable.
∎ Excellent Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla).
∎ Ability to priorities work and meet deadlines.
∎ Thoroughness and business acumen.
∎ Attention to effective written and verbal communication.
∎ Ability to perform all tasks in a confidential manner.
∎ Willingness to commit and adhere to DRRA's values and Child Safeguarding Policy.
∎ Core Competencies: Establishing focus, Managing performance, Interpersonal effectiveness, Building collaborative relationships, Analytical thinking, Technical expertise, Result orientation, Thoroughness, Business expertise.
∎ Tools: Advanced skills with MS Office, particularly Excel Familiar with accounting packages, Microsoft Team, 365

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
