Responsible for:
Support to implement the Primary Education Programme operation at the field level.
Visit schools and provide appropriate support to the teachers.
Support to organize teacher capacity building orientation, workshop, and training.
Provide necessary administrative and documentation support.
Activities:
Support to implement the Primary Education Programme operation at the field level
Supervise school and classroom activities and ensure the required support to respective teachers as well as the students.
Ensure proper materials are used in class to make the lesson easier and more effective for the students.
Support to assess students’ learning progress & keep records regularly, and ensure all the periodical and special exams.
Conduct a class minimum twice a month.
Ensure the cleanliness of the classroom, school premises, and school toilets.
Ensure smooth operation of co-curricular activities at school.
Visit schools and provide appropriate support to the teacher
Conduct periodic school supervision visits.
Conduct the absent student’s home visit.
Provide support to external visitors during their school visit if required.
Support to organize teacher capacity building orientation, workshop, and training
Communicate with the guardian, SMC members, community leaders, local Govt school teachers, and officials.
Support to prepare the training schedule and facilitate monthly follow-up training for teachers.
Provide necessary administrative and documentation support
Support in preparing yearly and monthly activity plans.
Ensure to update all documents in school and prepare reports in a timely.
Keep in liaison with other programme staff.
Receive all programme materials, store them in place, and keep a record.
Distribute materials as required to respective staff/school/area and keep a record.
Support to maintain the finance/accounts procedure up to the project level and work closely with the relevant department.
Perform different jobs as assigned by the respective supervisor.
Skill and Competencies
Educational requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education)
Desired Skill:
Have sound knowledge of Primary Education
Strong communication skill
Physical fitness for regular field visits
Computer skills (MS Excel and Word)
Experience requirement:
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
