Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Prepare a monthly work plan and progress report.

  • Visit Friendship Secondary Education Project (FSEP) schools and provide appropriate support to the Facilitators and students whenever required.

  • Coordinate/support in organizing monthly School Management Committee (SMC) & Guardian meeting.

  • Have the responsibility for regular Monitoring and Supervision of the FSEP school facilitators and provide feedback & follow up.

  • Keep the records of all office documents up-to-date.

  • Receive the FSEP School Facilitator's salary and arrange for timely payment.

  • Collect all exam papers & submit to the respective person on time.

  • Assist in preparing the Boat plan and monitor the plan & boat movement for the FSEP school visit.

  • Support for child enrollment and new site selection, and for FSEP classroom establishment and construction.

  • Support in Communication with Govt. & NGO offices in the district and Upazila levels.

  • Support in facilitator recruitment & training (continuous professional development).

  • Check all bill vouchers related to FSEP according to the Friendship Financial Policy.

  • Follow up on the School building construction and repairing work (if needed).

  • Follow up on the Solar panel installation and repairing work (if needed).

  • Follow up on the CD class update regularly in schools.

  • Submit material demand on time and ensure availability at the place.

  • Perform different jobs as assigned by the respective supervisor.

  • Ready to provide any kind of support relevant to the project on the supervisor's advice.

Skill and Competencies:

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduated in any discipline.

 Experience Requirements:
  • 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply

  • Proficient in English and computer literacy (MS-Word, Ms- Excel)

  • Demonstrated leadership capacity, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

  • Positive attitude towards learning and development.

  • Ability to assess staff’s progress.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to remote chars regularly.
