Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any recognized institution (Supply Chain management will be Preferred)
Minimum 2 year experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or any relevant filed.
Able to work independently all sorts of local procurement for all of BRAC Programs.
Smooth communication, coordination with all internal and external stake holders in terms of meeting compliances of BPGIP.
Selection of accredited Vendors, price negotiation, smoothing delivery functions, vendor & contract management, and market sourcing.

Job Purpose
This role focuses on ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement by managing framework agreements effectively, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, supporting vendor management, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure preparation, updating, extension, and compliance of Framework Agreements (FWA) for required goods in accordance with BPGIP and donor guidelines, including price revision and market verification.
Scrutinize, review, prepare FWA, vendor enlistment and ensuring all procurement activities to meet organizational and donor compliance standards.
Prepare, maintain, and update vendor classification, performance reports, compliance status, development plans, and manage vendor enlistment, suspension, or banning as per VRM processes (If required).
Conduct regular sourcing activities, explore supply markets, analyze purchasing trends, and support category-based procurement strategies for cost optimization.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the right quality products in the right quantity, condition, place, and cost.
Assist in annual procurement planning and take prompt, effective procurement actions during emergencies such as pandemics or natural disasters.
Ensure smooth procurement operations across programs, enterprises, and subsidiaries while minimizing costs and maximizing stakeholder satisfaction.
Organize partner forums/workshops and support procurement transformation initiatives aligned with BRAC’s shift toward a social enterprise model.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
