Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract length: Contractual (up to 15th April 2021)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (will cover these four districts Feni, Brahmanbaria, Madaripur and Mankigonj)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in civil repairing/refurbishing work.
∎ Sound knowledge on structural work designing, BOQ, estimating, drawing and environmental survey
∎ Proven expertise in managing complex projects and work with government counterpart.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to the different working districts
∎ Proven knowledge of expenditure tracking and monitoring.
∎ Excellent skills in management, negotiation and analytical thinking.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangle and English and excellent skill of facilitating discussion at various levels.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package and use of Internet
