Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Science/Statistics/Education or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the area of Education focusing project implementation, research, capacity building, M&E, MIS
∎ Demonstrated experience on advocacy in a project through partnership/collaborative approach
∎ Sound knowledge on education, remote learning, ICT in education, M&E.
∎ Excellent skills related to research and able to coordinate/support existing online database systems
∎ Technical skills in data management, report writing and presentation
∎ Technical skills in ICT in education will be added advantage
∎ Previous experience in GoB funded programs will be preferred.
∎ Strong liaison capacity with GoB and respective stakeholders
∎ Ability to communicate in English
