The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PLC programs, designing advanced automation systems, and troubleshooting electrical and control issues. This role also focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with production teams to drive continuous improvement. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in project management, documentation, and training personnel on the operation and maintenance of automated systems.

• PLC Programming: Develop, test, and implement PLC programs to control various manufacturing processes, including machinery, equipment, and production lines.

• Automation Systems Design: Design and implement automated control systems, integrating PLCs, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) devices, sensors, actuators, and other automation components.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize automation systems to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and control system enhancements.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, automation systems, and procedures.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, implementing necessary measures to protect personnel and equipment.
