Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in CSE or similar field from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Database Administration, ERP Implementation, HRMS, LIMS, QMS, Surveillance System, System Network Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day smoothly continue the Business IT operation
∎ Monthly after sales commission data preparation for HR, Finance & Accounts
∎ Prepare yearly IT budget with efficient cost management
∎ ERP implementation for Retail business automation
∎ Administer and support production, production machinery, quality assurance and lab related computer system such as MES, QMS, LIMS
∎ Strictly follow the department SOP to run the ERP system as per UAT
∎ Manage Users, Access control for any systems.
∎ Support and troubleshoot network issues or IT related services
∎ MIS for management and all other department as and when required
∎ Monitoring IT Asset Management and ensure the proper uses
∎ Assessing, Monitoring and upgrading business system with process
∎ Managing and developing the business IT division
∎ Stakeholder management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Industry
∎ Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills.
∎ Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic, target oriented and determined to meet deadline.
Salary: Negotiable
