Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential locations, assess feasibility, and report on market trends, opportunities, and risks.
∎ Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint suitable locations for new pharmacy outlets.
∎ Supervise the complete process of new store setup, encompassing site acquisition, legal clearances, and operational readiness.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to assess expansion opportunities, develop feasibility studies, and negotiate agreements to drive business growth.
∎ Manage the complete setup of new stores by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
∎ Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders and represent the company at industry events to drive partnerships and expansion opportunities.
∎ Monitor new outlet performance against targets, identify improvement opportunities, and report progress and results to senior management.
∎ Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing sales and profitability.
∎ Evaluate the performance of new outlets by comparing actual results with projected targets.
∎ Ensure efficient project execution by closely monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
