Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospitality Management, hostel Management, hotel booking, Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all operational aspects of the all Super Home Branches including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
∎ Communicate with the branch building owners.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
∎ Help to introduce the Booking ERP system.
∎ Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
∎ Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities of the Super Home.
∎ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
∎ Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety for the customers and employees.
∎ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
∎ Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
∎ Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Results driven and customer focused
∎ Leadership skill
