Title: Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Quality Control)

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
∎ Supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards to avoid any claim and rework.
∎ Work out and review specifications for products or processes
∎ Ensure the quality of all materials/ components/ products through IQC, Online Control, Final Control, and Internal AQL as per confirmation sample.
∎ Organize and Responsible for the Validation of PPT (Pre-Production Trial) and the total Industrialization process.
∎ Approve the right products or reject defectives.
∎ Work on for Root Cause Analysis to reduce DR (Defects Rate) and RR (Rejection Rate).
∎ Ensure that products are built with adherence to legal and safety standards and meets customer expectations before they reach to the consumer.
∎ Responsible for the training and Validation of all QA/QC staff through the usage of Quality tools and procedures.
∎ Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
∎ Responsible for the scrutinize of RA (Risk Analysis) and set Action Plan according to Risk.
∎ Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
∎ Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
∎ Recording, analyzing & distributing statistical information.
∎ Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
∎ Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
∎ Evaluating product recalls.
∎ Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
∎ Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
∎ Solve & communicate all technical and quality related problems.
∎ Certification/Knowledge of QMS(Quality Management System) will be a strong advantage (ISO 9001 etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have at least 03 years experience as Head of Quality in renowned shoe manufacturing companies.

Salary: Negotiable
