Responsibilities & Context:
Issue legal notices to customers with overdue installments and ensure proper documentation of all communications.
Initiate legal proceedings such as filing cases for recovery of outstanding dues when required.
Provide legal guidance to field recovery officers to ensure recovery activities comply with applicable laws.
Review and validate legal documents related to seized or repossessed motorcycles before further action.
Prepare and dispatch all legal correspondence, including demand letters, reminders, and follow-up notices.
Maintain an updated record of all court cases, including hearing schedules, progress reports, and outcomes.
Prepare and submit periodic legal reports to management and coordinate with the recovery and head office teams.
Ensure ethical, professional, and lawful conduct in all recovery-related activities and interactions.
Identify and report risks associated with motorcycle recovery operations and recommend preventive steps.
Remain accountable for timely legal actions, accuracy of issued notices, and case outcomes affected by negligence or oversight.
