Experience:
Have experience in project implementation.In depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages and business processes.
Coordination between developer and client.
A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be helpful.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, Excellent Reports Development Skills using Business Intelligence.
Reporting system experience in Info maker / Access / FoxPro / PowerBuilder, etc.
Minimum of 08 -10 years working experience with ERP system and Business Analysis, solution establishment experience in Manufacturing or Well Reputed Organization.
Ability to affectively prioritize and plan projects for short and long term departmental / collegiate goals.
Proven each record of ERP implementation in any organization, preferably manufacturing company.
Plan and coordinate upgrades and software support for ERP system.
Coordinate and manage the organization’s use of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity.
Work with contractors, programmers and analysts to make changes to the database and reporting system.
Confer with co-workers to determine impact of database changes on other systems and staff cost for making changes to database.
Support end-users of the system by writing reports, releasing maintenance and upgrade plans, and SQL queries.
Develop and maintain procedures, guides, handouts, and other technical documentation as needed.
Determine and implement proper ERP security on a database and policy level.
Assess current financial policies and procedures and, from that, develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system.
Ensure that workflows incorporate key financial controls as identified in policies and procedures.
Working closely with internal and external finance and technical teams and evaluate how system changes will impact workflow, data, and reporting.
Recommend changes based on their evaluations and input.
Work as a key member within the Implementation team to apply/maintain the changes·
Should handle Patch Updating, Upgrades to the ERP Solution, Database & OS Upgrades.
Establish & maintain logging system for day-to-day issues related to ERP implementation.
Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards, analytical tools.
