∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative position in Pharamceutical Industry is a Must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Manage office supplies, facility upkeep, security services, canteen facility, transport facility and vendor management.
∎ Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
∎ Monitor and maintain housekeeping, pantry services, and office hygiene.
∎ Support in procurement processes, including quotations, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety, health, and compliance protocols in line with company and legal standards.
∎ Prepare budget and take cost control measures for administrative expenses.
∎ Maintain accurate records related to facilities, assets, and administrative functions.
∎ Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth cross-functional support.
∎ Handle employee queries related to facilities and administrative services.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on administrative performance and improvements.
