Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience on the maintenance & troubleshooting of pharmaceutical process machineries.
∎ Good knowledge about Industrial automation, control including PLC, IPC, HMI and & control related troubleshooting and issues
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & manage planned preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, erection-installation & commissioning work of process machineries & its ancillaries.
∎ Troubleshooting, analysis of root causes, and taking corrective actions of breakdown maintenances of process machineries and its ancillaries.
∎ Prepare, supervise & manage engineering documents (SOPs, ECM etc.) in compliance with AHL standards.
∎ Participation, conduction & preparation at Audit, CAPA, In-house/ Overseas Training/ FAT.
∎ Prepare & review technical documents (drawings, literature etc.) for process machineries and its ancillaries.
∎ Participation and support for implementation of QMS tools (CAPA, Change request, Incident, Deviation, Market Complain etc) related to process machineries and its ancillaries.
∎ Coordination and participation in internal audit, external audit and self-inspection of engineering department.
∎ Participation and conduction of internal audit in cross-functional department (Production, warehouse, QA, Validation etc.).
