Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the General Secretary to manage, plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of protocol support for BFF's Executive Committee, Senior Officials, National Football Teams (men and women), Coaches and Referees, Visiting Foreign Teams and foreign guests and officials.
∎ Maintenance of good relations between BFF and other National Associations, FIFA, AFC, SAFF as well as the relevant State Agencies and international organizations
∎ Assist the General Secretary to introduce, develop, review, update and implement strategies aimed at promoting and developing football in the country.
∎ In line with team spirit, work on other special tasks assigned by the GS, where his/her experience and skills are an asset and/or immediate shortage of personnel capabilities require so;
∎ Formulate, develop and implement BFF Administrative policies and objectives for the BFF.
∎ Need to Assist the General Secretary to delivers the highest standard of corporate governance and transparency
∎ Assist the General Secretary and Finance Department regarding the preparation of budget for approval by the Executive Committee.
∎ Plan, coordinate and execute high-level foreign and domestic visits/functions, ceremonies and special events hosted by the BFF. This will include logistic coordination, facility selections, invitations, visa support, seating arrangements, etc.
∎ Contact high commissions or consular offices, government officials or other organizations to arrange appointments, meetings or obtain information on current or future programs;
∎ May be required to work and/or be 'on call' after normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends or holidays and attend related events after normal duty hours;
∎ Any other responsibility as framed and assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 years working experience in Administration or Management;
∎ Must have proven experience in a high profile, complex, multi-stakeholder organization
∎ Must have a well-developed leadership and management skills plus a track record of creating a culture of performance
∎ Good understanding of the local as well as international Football industries as both a sport and a business
∎ Additional education certificate on sports management will be regarded an extra advantage.
∎ Must be a versatile and persuasive leader, capable of building interest, with a dynamic personality
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Maturity in terms of presentational style and behavior, Good people management and team building skills
∎ The candidate should also possess skills and experience in managing relationships with the media
∎ Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
